Sepat Ikan Tenggiri

Bahan:
500 gr ikan tenggiri/ ikan segar apa saja, bakar
1 buah terung ungu, bakar, kupas, robek kasar
5 tangkai kemangi, potong kasar
5 bh bawang merah, bakar, kupas
4 bh kemiri, bakar
5 bh cabai merah besar, bakar
1 bh tomat, bakar
1 sdt garam
250 ml air matang
100 gr kerupuk kulit
2 bh jeruk limau

Cara membuat:
1. Tumbuk kasar kemiri, garam, bawang merah, tomat, dan cabai.
2. Masukkan air matang, air jeruk limau, terung ungu, dan daun kemangi.
3. Tambahkan ikan bakar, lalu hidangkan dengan taburan kerupuk kulit.
